Icewear and the Port of Akureyri have signed a five year contract for the operation and management of Vitinn, a service center for cruise ship passengers located in Akureyri, in northern Iceland.
Icewear has also opened a new and impressive store on Skólavörðustígur 38, downtown reykjavik. There will be a souvenir shop under the name Icemart in the same style of our stores at Laugavegur 89 and Laugavegur 1.

The product range in Vitinn will be similar to what is offered in Skarfabakki such as, outdoor clothing, Icelandic wool products and a wide range of souvenirs. Icelandic food, crafts and other products bought from wholesalers and craftsmen will also be available.
Icewear will also provide tour operators, car rental, bus companies and other tourism related activities sold in Vitinn.
